Computer manufacturers cannot insist you to buy their (labeled) memory to keep their warranty valid.

You are not required to add the server/computer manufacturer's memory to maintain the warranty on the system. Also, the system manufacturer cannot state that the system warranty is void if other "brands" of peripherals are used.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will ship memory to you internationally.

Here is the process:

  1. We ship on our FedEx account or your DHL, FedEx or UPS account.
  2. We will insure the package. Sample FedEx rate: $0.90 per $100 for shipments valued in excess of $100 ($2.70 minimum)
  3. We accept TT (wire), Paypal or Credit Card.
  4. You must accept the duties and fees associated with your Country's customs department.
  5. You must confirm with us in some cases that you accept responsibility to pay duties and custom fees direct to the carrier in order to receive your memory package.

PRICING

PRODUCT PRICES
Unless otherwise specified by Global Memory Procurement Corporation, prices for goods sold are for the quantity specified or agreed upon and do not include charges for transportation, insurance, special packaging, marking, applicable sales or use taxes, value added taxes, export or import licenses, fees, taxes, duties and the like. The customer entity designated on the face hereof ("Buyer") shall bear the cost of such charges in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced. Prices are in U.S. dollars, unless mutually agreed upon and accepted prior to shipping by both parties in writing.

CANCELLATION; RESCHEDULING
Buyer may not cancel the purchase, nor reschedule the shipment or delivery, of the whole or any part or installment of goods ordered.

PAYMENT

PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated in writing, via communication originating from Global Memory Procurement Corporation, all payments shall be made in advance of shipment, or shall be due upon receipt of invoice. On any overdue amounts, without prejudice to Global memory Procurement Corporation’s other rights and remedies (including suspension of pending shipments), customer agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) or, if such rate is in excess of the rate allowed by law, then the highest rate allowed by law, calculated from the invoice date until paid in full. In addition, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including costs of litigation and reasonable legal fees. Global memory Procurement Corporation reserves the right to obtain a security interest in the products sold to customer, and in proceeds thereof, until payment is made in full by customer. Customer agrees to execute financing statements and other instruments at Global memory Procurement Corporation request. A $45.00 collection fee will be charged for all dishonored checks.

SALES TAX

California residents will be charged applicable state sales tax, unless you hold a valid CA Seller’s Permit, and you complete and submit the required form to GMPC.

TAX EXEMPT SALES

California residents or entities holding a valid General Resale Certificate, please complete CA State Board of Equalization Form BOE 230 http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe230.pdf and submit to GMPC at [email protected].

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

STANDARD PROCEDURE
All orders take 1-2 days to process before shipping. For rushed orders please contact us.

In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

Either you, or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to sign for the merchandise.

FREIGHT CHARGES AND INSURANCE
Global Memory Procurement Corporation's standard terms are Freight on Board-Carrier (meaning the Buyer is being billed for the shipping charges directly by the shipping company), GMPC’s shipping facility, or designated point of origin. Buyer agrees to insure all shipments, unless expressly agree upon by both parties, and is in writing prior to shipment. Buyer’s recourse for products lost or damaged in shipping is against the carrier. If such a claim is valid, as deemed in the discretion of the carrier, GMPC agrees to assist Buyer in the processing of such claims with the carrier(s). If Buyer has its own insurance policy, Buyer must submit copy of valid insurance policy to GMPC prior to shipment. Buyer must notify GMPC immediately of any change or expiration in its own insurance policy. If buyer insures its own shipment and the shipment is lost or damaged, Buyer will need to claim the insurance with its insurance provider. In any and all cases, Buyer will still be expected to pay for the shipment on the appropriate due date, regardless of state of shipment or claim.

EXCUSABLE DELAYS
Seller shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform if such delay or failure is due to causes or events beyond Seller's control, even if foreseeable by either party, including without limitation suppliers' delay, force majeure, act of God, labor disturbance or strike, war, fire, explosion, earthquake, accident, adverse weather, inability to secure transportation, governmental act or regulation, Seller's inability to obtain materials, shortage of materials or any other causes or events beyond Seller's control. Consequently, the Ship Date shall be extended for a period equal to the delay. Without liability to Buyer, Seller reserves the right to allocate among customers or potential customers, or defer or delay the shipment of, goods that are in short supply.

WARRANTY & RMA

LIMITED WARRANTY

REFUNDS ON UNOPENED PRODUCT

If you buy something, and it is 100% unopened, just sits on the counter, and you decide within 14 days of purchasing it that you made a mistake, then contact us, we’ll give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and you can ship it back to us at your expense. In no event shall goods be returned without first obtaining our written permission/authorization. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by GMPC must accompany all returned goods. Goods returned without an RMA number may be refused.

GMPC will then inspect it. If it is exactly like it was when we shipped it to you, we’ll refund your money. Remember, you are paying the freight. (It was your mistake, or you changed your mind. Not our fault, right?) It has to be packed properly, and returned to us in perfect condition. If it is damaged in transit, it is your responsibility.

If you want to return that same unopened product after 14 days, but before 30 days, contact us, get an RMA number, and send it back for store credit. There will be a 20% restocking fee. (Remember, you changed your mind. Then you waited to return it. Not our fault.)

Refunds or store credits for product in your possession for 30 days or longer, are not given.

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENTS / REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Please make sure that your item is actually defective and that you have ruled out other incompatibility possibilities before returning the product. When we receive the returned item, we will test it thoroughly to verify that it is actually defective. GMPC, nor our suppliers, will not accept returns or exchanges for working items. If we determine that the item you returned is in working condition, we will ship it back to you.

GMPC reserves the right to either repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective due to improper workmanship or materials. Repaired product(s) or replacement product(s) will be provided by GMPC on an exchange basis only, and will be either new or recertified. In rare events, at GMPC’s sole discretion, a refund may be the only remedy. If GMPC deems that a refund is the only remedy, due to fluctuating memory values, you will receive your original purchase price or current market price, whichever is lower.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

DURATION OF END-USER WARRANTY

Products purchased through GMPC’s online shopping cart (purchased through GMPC’s ecommerce website at www.memory.net) will be covered for a lifetime warranty exchange with proper documentation and proof of purchase, and company issued RMA for original customer only. GMPC warrants to the original end customer (person or entity purchasing directly off of website) that its memory products are free from defects in material and workmanship - affecting fit, form, and function. Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product (non-transferable). GMPC, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or provide an in-store credit or refund of either the original purchase price or fair market value, whichever is lower, of any product that is determined by GMPC to be defective during the warranty period, at GMPC’s sole discretion.

DURATION OF RESELLER WARRANTY

End-User warranty does not apply to reseller warranty.

Warranty on products purchased directly through GMPC, will be agreed upon by both buyer and seller before the transaction is consummated. Warranty will be expressly stated on purchase order from buyer and invoice from GMPC, and must be agreed upon by both parties in advance of shipment.

POLICY ON UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS

END USER - Individual Consumer, or any person not purchasing for a public or private entity:

RESELLER - Any Public or Private, GOV, EDU, For Profit or Non-Profit Entity:

If an entity, or an individual acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, an entity, purchases product, and decides within 7 days after purchasing product that you want to return it, contact us to discuss receiving an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). The purchaser will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Product has to be 100% unopened and in the exact condition you originally received it. If purchased product has been shipped to a third party, in most cases GMPC will not issue an RMA. In no event shall goods be returned without first obtaining our written permission/authorization. An RMA number issued by GMPC must accompany all returned goods, and terms of payment of the restocking fee must be agreed upon before issuing the RMA will occur. Goods returned without an RMA number may be refused.

POLICY ON OPENED PRODUCT RETURNS

We do not offer refunds on opened product. There may be rare occasions, that at the sole discretion of GMPC, that a return may be approved, with at least a 20% restocking fee. All negotiations, and successful settlement of restocking fees, must be completed prior to RMA number being issued. Goods returned without an RMA number may be refused.
